How does your pricing work?
Portrait sessions start at $350, and Wedding Collections begin at $2,995. All prices listed are starting points. Please note that 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax is applied in addition to all quoted collection prices, as required by state law.
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. Wedding balances are due 14 days before the event, and portrait balances are due 24 hours prior to your session.
Why do you use a dual-lead team for weddings?
A wedding is a complex, unfolding event. By working as a dual-lead partnership, we ensure that while one photographer is documenting the intimacy of the vows, the other is capturing the environment, guest reactions, and cinematic context. This partnership ensures that no part of your story goes unwritten.
What is the difference between your wedding tiers?
Our Essentials tier ($2,995+) is a high-touch solo-lead experience with a professional assistant. Our Signature ($3,995+) and Legacy ($4,995+) tiers are fully collaborative, dual-lead partnerships designed for comprehensive documentary coverage.
Do you travel?
We cover York and Lancaster counties with no additional travel fees. For sessions in Cumberland and Adams counties, a flat $250 travel fee applies. For locations further away, we are happy to create a custom travel arrangement to cover logistics.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, ACH transfers, and Buy Now, Pay Later options (Klarna/Afterpay) to offer you flexibility in managing your investment.
What is your turnaround time?
We believe in high-quality, archival editing. Final curated galleries are delivered via private online link within 14 days of your event or session. Galleries remain active for 12 months; we recommend downloading and backing up your images immediately upon receipt.
